All wares are made by hand in Austin, Texas. As such, variations inherent in the handmade process are to be expected. Slight differences in size, shape and color are not considered flaws, this includes variation in saturation of speckles and splash ways as well as the predictable variation in the Brûlée ( ranging from Brown/ cream to Pink/white). Speckle and splash patterns are available only on Matte White. Speckle and Splash patterns are done by hand and therefore never exactly the same in design or saturation.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Return Policy
SETTLE accepts exchanges on most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund lest the cost of shipping. SETTLE is not responsible for item loss or damage in-transit. We recommend shipping items with delivery confirmation to avoid issues. When returning for an exchange, please repackage items with care to avoid damage en route.
Returns and exchanges may incur additional shipping charges.
Sales are final on: all custom items and sale items, any items marked “final sale”. Please note that colors may look different on the screen than they do in person.

As such with any handmade item, care should be taken to extend the life of your new piece. All items are dishwasher, microwave and oven safe, though hand washing is recommend for larger items.
